I must say that in a time of chaos (COVID) the staff was so friendly, patient and professional. The wait time is very minimal for walk-ins and almost non-existent if you have an appointment. My appointment was at 10:00 am for my two son’s and by 11:20am we were home with results. The cleanliness of the office was superb. I highly recommend this place 5 stars!

I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. I have been to Orthofast twice in the last month. The PA/Fiore and Dr. Ahmad were excellent. They were knowledgeable, kind and thorough. The wait time was minimal. The facility is very clean. The clerical staff was friendly and efficient. We are fortunate to have an urgent care for Ortho in our area. Not only are you seen by an Ortho provider but you avoid the exposure to illnesses at a standard urgent care. My family has been to this facility many times for Urgent care, Surgery and Physical Therapy.
