I was a walk in recently for neck pain. Was checked in, taken to exam room and seen by Dr./Nurse Prac and discharged all within 30 mins. No hassles and VG service.

I live in Glassboro and don't mind the drive out there at all. All of the staff have been very nice and accommodating. No problem getting in and getting seen - which is almost impossible given the last couple of years experiences. In comparison to the other Inspira Urgent Care centers, this one has been the best so far.

As a senior with serious underlying health conditions, I was very fearful to have a needed CT scan during this pandemic. After making appt. I called the Exton facility directly about my condition & risk about coming in. Shannon listened & discussed my concern with Neelam in registration & CT technician Kelly about how to accommodate my visit. All personnel went out of their way to minimize my time there, protect me & make me safe. Models of health care who went above & beyond! I’ve been to this Urgent Care many times for sinus infections, deep splinter removal, even an allergic reaction to a bee sting. Staff and doctors were always friendly and knowledgable . I have recommended family and friends here.

I was back again last week with my special needs son. He had an acute infection. Once again, Dr. Decker did an excellent job. He is knowledgeable and is an excellent physician. Dr. Decker recommended that my son follow up with a podiatrist. MY son's infection was resolved until I take him to the podiatrist. Inspira made an excellent choice in hiring Dr. Decker. Make sure that he stays at this location. Hint,Hint!

This urgent care is extremely nice doctors are very knowledgeable! They listen to you, office staff friendly if you go early no issues. You go before they close you will be sent home ( don't waste your time) go early.. they want to get out ASAP. Show some consideration! Call before you go! Or you'll wind up in the ER with a lovely big bill!!
