I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Ansu Molley, NP at the CVS. He was the only person I had to deal with compared to three people at Patient First Clinic. He assured me he would take me even though it was getting near 5:00 pm because the prior patient had tried to register for 30 minutes! He is very kind, personable and made my life easy. When you're feeling sick, you don't want to answer 100 questions! At the Patient First Clinic, I feel like I had to tell the girl registering me my life's story and she showed absolutely no sense of humor. Ansu was different. He asked me only the obvious questions which needed answering. He has a nice sense of humor and made me feel at ease right away. I am already feeling much better. I would go to him as my primary care doctor. Patient First has a lot to learn about patient care and satisfaction.
