Was seen very quickly because the staff recognized my problem right away and started treatment. Test were done, EKG, BLOODWORK< & X-RAY. Dr insisted I go to Sentera ER asap. where a was immediately admitted with Congestive Heart Failure. The most surprising thing was when the staff called me at 9:00 the next morning to check on me. Sorry I did not get the staff's names but Sentera kept the paperwork. I was beginng to think that good patient care had disappeared, but I guess it was just being hidden at your facility. I called ahead to this location and was told there were about nine people already waiting to be seen, and that that was consistent for the day up to my call. I also tried calling other locations without any success - the phone number was bad or nobody answered the call. So I went and was pleasantly surprised to see only one person in the lobby. I was assisted much sooner than expected. The longest delay was waiting for the doctor to arrive in my room, but even that was not too long. I left the building feeling very good about the services at this location.
