Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Half way through my appointment, the fire alarm went off. We all had to be evacuated. I had been putting my appointment off for the issue for a year. I finally scheduled it, and boom... you gotta go (lol). It wasn't their fault though. Other than that, I was very pleased with everything.

All were helpful and courteous. Wait time was minimal. PA was excellent as was the doctor.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

I didn’t have to wait long, after I filled out the forms I was called in right away,every one was so patient with me, the Dr. sent my prescription to the pharmacy and they helped me a lot. Now I can bend my knee, which I couldn’t do before. Thanks
