I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

My daughter woke with a 102 temp.  I was able to schedule online within the hour and was seen promptly.  She was diagnosed with the flu quickly by the very friendly staff

Very friendly front office , staff Dr and nurse practitioner. Very attentive to our needs.

Got my appointment very easy . The front desk lady was very nice. I asked to be phoned at the time of my appointment to avoid viruses When asked to come in, had to wait more than an hour to be attended.  Last time I had to leave after having paid. Would love improving this point. Thanks

Super easy to get an appointment and get the care for my 9 month old! Each provider had such an amazing attitude and such kind and helpful through the entire appointment.
