Scheduling on Sunday for a Monday morning appointment was convenient & easy. Upon arrival, check-in was a breeze as they already had me in their system; wait-time was minimal & all staff were professional & friendly. The Doctor was thorough & clearly explained my condition; prescriptions were sent to my preferred pharmacy immediately & available the same day. Definitely recommend MultiCare Indigo in Uptown Gig Harbor.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I was a walk-in. I got checked in right away. The wait time was less than 30 minutes. The assistant and Dr were very professional. The Dr asked questions and offered options to further run test or wait to see my primary Dr.

This is on a Saturday, I had very badly infected thumb with great pain I had been awake most of the night and was exhausted when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly and professional medical staff. There was a wait time,but I was told that I could go home and they would text me when it time for my appointment and I could return. I was able to go home and rest. I was texted a about 2hrs later, when I arrived back again I was seeing the Doctor after a less than 10min wait . He was calm and professional and friendly, he was able to diagnosis my problem with my thumb and set a course of treatment. This was a positive experience, the fact that I was able to go home and return making the wait time seem considerably less was a bonus. Great staff Great experience.
