I wanted to have an insect bite looked at to make sure it wasn’t infected. But I didn’t want to deal with an emergency room visit. StatMed was close and I thought it would be a good opportunity to try them out. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The nurse took some preliminary readings and asked questions about medical history and known allergies. She was also friendly and competent. The doctor was quite friendly and explained everything throughout the examination.  I was very pleased with the experience. Friendly, competent, clean and close by. And they have an in house pharmacy for common medicines - a very nice bonus.

We saw Doctor Ziba today. She is kind, knowledgeable and great during the visit today.

It was my first time at Carbon Health, I found the facility clean & bright. The staff was courteous and professional.

Came in 4 mins late but staff checked me in immediately. I am fortunate there was no line eventhough I had an appointment.  Staff were very professional and friendly.  The medical assistant and doctor were caring, also moving fast.  i was out in 30 minutes.  Thank you!

Except for an unusually long wait time (past wait times have been very few minutes) this clinic is a class act…..clean neat friendly efficient thorough professional knowledgeable organized understanding accessible….a health care haven….a concerned ill person finds prompt care and comfort here.

Melanie went out of her way to accommodate my husband and me when we came in to get Covid tests. Due to our unforeseen scheduling error, we didn't have an appointment at that time, but she said we could wait in case she could fit us in between patients, even though they were fully booked. The wait time was a little bit long, but they were able to wrap my sprained ankle and provide me with crutches in an out within one hour.

My soar throat turned into an ear ache and sinus congestion. Looked for an urgent care clinic nearby and found Instant Urgent Care. Had taken my daughter there once before but she needed an x-ray they couldn’t provide so didn’t experience the full service. Glad I went back. Got a little lucky in that there was only one patient ahead of me. Everything was smooth and efficient. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
