Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Before I went to the clinic, I hesitated and had no confidence.  After the visit I am satisfied and happy to use this care center again when I need.

I went to my primary care doctor for a regular checkup and mentioned my ears were still bad.  She did not have the availability to syringe my ears so I went to Urgent Care.  The wait was acceptable and I was more than happy with the service provided.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

The check in with the computer and then the phone is horrible. My phone would keep starting over. I was the only person there but I had to ask for a paper to check myself in. By the time I was giving the paper three people were coming in and done checking in which pushed me back on being seen

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

My wait time was short and the staff is great/ amazing hospitality. The provider was amazing and helped me with my issue for that visit; I would recommend to everyone. I don’t live too close to this location but I will definitely be coming back because of how I was welcomed and treated.

I had a good experience visiting them with my 11-year-old it was sick right away. I said he was wheezing have problems with his asthma right away. They took him in. I thought that was a plus I recommend them. They are very professional, thank you.🙏🏻
