My mom has Alzheimer’s and she had a recurring UTI. The first time it happened we went to a different urgent care. They insisted we go to the ER. The ER ran a bunch of tests and said she was ok but I came home and looked at the paperwork and it was obvious she had a UTI. So I had to wait until Monday to get a telehealth with her PCP who prescribed an antibiotic. It just wasn’t strong enough.  Flash forward two weekends later and she tested positive with an at-home kit. I scheduled an appointment, brought my mom in and they prescribed a stronger antibiotic despite my mom being unable to provide a sample. They were incredibly kind and patient.  We went right to the pharmacy and got her prescription. This is how it should be. I won’t waste my time with other places anymore.

This is my fourth time using this facility. I have always been greeted with courtesy and a smile. All the practitioners and staff take time with you as a patient and make you feel very comfortable.

My daughter fell on her walk home, and we knew after seeing her ankle she needed to be seen.  We came in as a walk in, waited less than 5 min to be se someone, and the staff was extremely thorough in explaining to my daughter the XRay process and after care.

I arrived in time for my appointment, and I was ushered into the office shortly. Everything went smoothly as I had hoped. X-rays were taken of my wrist, and I was given a diagnosis of tendinitis which made sense. I was on my way in short order with advice on how to ease the pain. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

My daughter came in with a sprained ankle and needed an xray. Everyone was so nice, caring and compassionate towards her, while also being extremely sufficient and professional.

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.
