The doctor and nurse were professional and friendly. This was my first time here, however my family has been coming here for a couple of years now and we all had the same experience. In and out. No extended wait times to see the Dr. very nice environment.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

AFC Urgent Care Clinic was clean, sterile in feel; fitted with the latest in tech design and equipment; organized procedurally; staffed with friendly, helpful, serious people. The doctor assigned to me far exceeded my expectations. She made me feel as if I were her sole concern, would like to keep her. I felt I was receiving the best of care. I do not have a primary care physician; however, this experience was so far removed from having to visit a doctor’s office. I did require urgent medical attention; the convenience of a walk-in clinic surpassed not having a PCP, especially when the care I received was excellent, as this was.

Easy to schedule appointment online. No wait. Excellent staff and care

Walked in and was seen right away. The entire staff was super friendly. When you’re not feeling the best, to know that someone cares, will make you feel better almost instantly. Thanks and kudos to the staff for taking great care of me.

Love this location and the doctor my daughter saw was the best!!!! Listened to all of my concerns and gave her what was needed…. 10/10

Very helpful receptionist in completing check in. Staff were very friendly. I only wished he would have told me the next steps after drug screen urinalysis test. It was my first time.

I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

I saw the doctor because of soar throat and congestion. He gave me an x-ray to make sure it wasn’t pneumonia. I went home with  a Z-pack and cough medicine. 3 days later I was still not feeling better. I was wheezing and having trouble breathing. Doc gave me a breathing treatment which helped a lot and stronger amoxicillin. This bronchitis has hit me hard, but the doc has helped with the medication he prescribed. I like this clinic they call regularly to check on me and the doc has a great bedside manner.

Had a bad cough for several days went online to set up an appointment was able to get the time I wanted, Check in was easy taken back to the room with in 5 minutes, saw the Dr 10 mins later, diagnosed quickly meds prescribed, in and out in 30 mins max. Staff was friendly, Doctor was as well confident in the care I received. I will be back if I need care!

Went in for a visit yesterday with body aches, sore throat, cough, headache, and congestion. Waited 29 minutes was seen by PA-C John Davies and Stephanie Krejci FNP. They were very attentive and compassionate. The back staff of Alee, Jalyn, and Sean were also very supportive. Front desk Dakota and Brittney always make checking in as easy as possible. I booked on Wed evening for an early Thursday appointment for severe congestion, coughing, blocked sinuses. My appointment was for 8:15. I was inside at 8:05, in the exam room at 8:10, and on my way at 8:30. Everyone was super friendly, nice, and proficient. Would definitely recommend for Urgent Care needs near Clear Lake.

Everything that parents desire from an urgent care facility was present and available at AFC. The staff was very courteous friendly and kind. Thank you AFC Clear Lake!!!

Was able to book an appointment over the phone in under 2 minutes. My provider was a female doctor who I’ve seen in the past but I forgot her name:( She’s fantastic, both my mom and I absolutely LOVE her. Kind, patient, to the point and excellent bedside manners. I’m hoping I don’t get sick again but if I do, I know exactly who to go to!
