Nurses and NP were amazing, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. It was so obvious even my children noticed her attitude and ugly demeanor.

Check in, triage, and provider did not introduce themselves. I was seen a long time after my appointment with no acknowledgement of my wait time. I understand you may not be able to tell me why I’m waiting, but it made me question why I booked an appointment and was told to be there early. My prescription was printed instead of being sent to my requested pharmacy I put on my paperwork and advised the provider of. The phlebotomist Jose was very quick and kind tho, and the lab draw was painless. He introduced himself and communicated well

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

Every time I go to the Urgent Care for kids in Dallas in the Preston it’s the best service. They greet you right away when you come in and provide you with next steps. The wait time is not long. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
