Well only thing my nasal spray that’s was called in needs a prior authorization left two messages waiting so pharmacy can fill it. I just woke up from air or something outside like off today.

Made appt for my elderly father at 3pm, wait was minimal, seen by 3:30. Excellent staff and extremely impressed with MD, Dr Roberts, she was friendly, caring and very thorough. Beautiful, new facility

I was sick and they got me out within 2 hours; I drive and got home in that time frame. Woot. I was told I would be billed my co-insurance rate, if anything.

I was a new patient and had a 230 appointment....I expected to be there a while....but not 2 hrs! I did t get seen until 315! The dr and staff were very nice! But it took way to long!

Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Scheduling appointments and communication with my Primary Care Physician is next to impossible and I think she is wonderful. Whenever I call the main number, I must navigate my way to get a live person to answer. Whenever I leave your voice message, I NEVER get a returned phone call. If this situation does not improve, I will be forced to find another care provider.  Your physicians and staff members are very well aware of the problem. You need to fix it!

Each and every staff person was very friendly and professional. It was a positive experience

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

I spent all day friday with my primary care office.no help at all.i walked into your office,got help in a reasonable time frame.doctor listened to me,diagnosed me and off I went to the drug store.i can now take my medicine and see my family for christmas.Big thank you.

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Staff was very polite very professional. Made me feel very comfortable with my experience.

Priority Urgent Care in Cromwell is so much easier to deal with than my primary care doctor.  From scheduling to treatment everyone is focused getting you better.
