My department came here for the rapid test. The covid test wasn't pleasant but the staff was fantastic.

woke up with flu symptoms. scheduling an appointment easy. no wait time. friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

They were able to take me on short notice and sorted everything out professional and compassionate. Very efficient and nice people.

Woke up feeling terrible headache,cough etc. went there for the first time-they were wonderful! would recommend them to everyone

I booked and was seen the same morning. The checkin process was extremely easy and we seen with in mins of arrival.

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

My first visit to this facility, excellent service, highly recommend.

I spent all day friday with my primary care office.no help at all.i walked into your office,got help in a reasonable time frame.doctor listened to me,diagnosed me and off I went to the drug store.i can now take my medicine and see my family for christmas.Big thank you.

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Great Customer service ! Thank you ! From the beginning to the end everyone was courteous and caring. I was there for a half hour. Will definitely recommend this clinic.

Simple from beginning to end. Online portal easy to schedule. Got I’m just in time. All the nurses and practitioners were lovely and helpful.
