I went to urgent care in Leominster at 6:45 this evening. I can not believe how great the care I received there was. Ligia was pleasant, patient and determined to help me with my ear problem. She could have easily given me drops and told me to come back after a few days, especially being almost closing time on a Friday evening. She did just the opposite! She worked on me until I could literally hear again. When I complimented her she said “I’m just doing my job”with a smile on her face. She was more than just “doing her job” she was being a true professional. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at the Urgent Care near Marshall’s. Thank you!

I was recently referred to primary walk in by a family member and was pleasantly surprised with how well the front staff treated me. I met with a PA and Dr. Vafidis and couldn’t be happier with the level of care I received. The physicians and staff are extremely knowledgeable in their profession! I came to Parkland Urgent Care with flu like symptoms. The facility was very clean and there was no wait time. Dawn at the front desk made the check in process both friendly and quick. Nurse Ann performed the initial exam not only efficiently but with an excellent bedside manner. Nurse Practitioner Holly Cabell explained her diagnosis and treatment options in a clear style and allowed me the time to pepper her with a number of questions. While she was professional, she also made sure you knew that your questions and concerns were important to her. This is the best urgent care facility I ever visit. The staff deserves a 5 star review.
