I've been to this urgent care facility at least a dozen times. I have always been seen in under 30 minutes, usually under 15 minutes. I've been treated by a doctor and 3 different physician's assistants. All have been very friendly, listened to my descriptions of symptoms, thorough in assessment - including lab work when needed - and seemed to truly care about me as a person, not just symptoms to treat. In my opinion, their treatment is not overly aggressive or too conservative. The waiting room is spacious, the exam rooms are clean and all staff follow safety protocols - washing hands and using gloves/masks when or if needed. This location has regular physicians who see patients by appointment during regular business hours. I have a primary care physician (who is not out of this office) but will continue to use this facility for after hours or weekend visits to urgent care when needed.

Cannot praise this facility and team highly enough. From A to Z, from my very first contact to the reception and the health professionals who saw me: Competent, kind, respectful, professional. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Will definitely highly recommend.

Dr. Amin has been my family doctor for over 30 years. He was also my doctor of choice when my children were growing up. Dr. Amin is extremely caring and compassionate. At times the wait period can be a bit long, other times we get right in. Friendly informative staff kept us advised about the condition of our family member and provided a quick diagnosis and treatment plan. Great place for treatment of urgent needs and primary care!

This has been my Drs office and after hours for many years. Never a bad experience. Staff Is friendly. They have their own lab and xrays onsite.

I was a bit skeptical of going to Hurley Urgent Care as the few times I have had experience with the Emergency Room at Hurley, NONE of them were positive. However, I can wholeheartedly say the on site Urgent Care Clinic is AMAZING for children and adults. We have been in and out in under an hour from anything from strep throat to a needing stitches in a foot. We highly recommend this Urgent Care facility!
