Having been a nurse for 44 years, I had hoped the doctor would have taken an adequate medical history from me, but it seemed he only had a minute or two allotted for my visit type. My chief complaint was urinary frequency, urgency and hesitancy, and no pain, however, I had been on Augmentin for 3 days with little relief and new onset nausea and diarrhea, which he did not address. His advice was to continue the med until the culture returned, but the UA was negative, making the culture an unnecessary expense and furthering my discomfort. I discontinued the Augmentin after diarrhea and several doses of Imodium. Please evaluate your patients after listening to ALL their complaints. Thank you.

Severe neck pain brought us to Urgent Care. The medical assistance was outstanding. The immediately recommended an ER visit for a CT scan for a current medical issue. After an Xray they were clear the ER was the best way forward. We did go to the ER later that afternoon by ambulance, their instance did save my partner's life. Well done.
