This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

Scheduling was so easy, check in was a pleasure, the most wonderful staff, and the PA spent time with me, coming up with ways to treat my cough…I would recommend this office to everyone!!

My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

I had an irritated eye for a week.  I decided that it was time to get it check out one morning and I came in as a walked in.  I was seen less than 15 minutes. I was checked out and prescribed medicated eye drops which was sent electronically to my local pharmacy.   The service was fast.

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Although knowledgeable, I do not feel I received the same level of care as in previous visit with other Dr.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

I was taken care immediately.  Everyone was so kind.  I would recommend anyone to go.   Thank you for everything.❤️🥰
