Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Scheduling was a breeze thru the app. Got to AFC and also did my check in thru the app and was in a room within 10 minutes. I always love coming to AFC because I feel like I am heard and not rushed. I will continue to use AFC as my urgent care provider and I recommend everyone uses them too.

My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. Been having a fever and nausea. Didn't have to wait long. Everyone so caring. Given something for nausea and felt better in 10 minutes. I always have great experience there.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
