Maybe not have patients wait so long . I was told a hour wait. But it was like 2, to 2half hour wait

Do not honor scheduling time Took walk in before me even though I was there at my appointment time

Had a 11am appt. Arrived about 10 mins late but texted to inform. Would have been amazing if they texted back to let me know there was a 2 hour wait once I got inside. I received 3 text the morning of about checking in.. they could have just delayed my appt. They were behind due to a few unforeseen issues. Just tell patience so we can go about our day and plan accordingly. Other than that, everything was fine.

I believe I need a follow up. I’ve gotten worse today and have a crackling sound on my chest when I breathe. It feels like Bronchitis

All the staff were so friendly. The PA Ashley was very knowledgeable too. Easy to schedule as well. Very clean.

Been having a fever and nausea. Didn't have to wait long. Everyone so caring. Given something for nausea and felt better in 10 minutes. I always have great experience there.

All were helpful and courteous. Wait time was minimal. PA was excellent as was the doctor.

The Nutley location was amazing. They were able to get me in, tested for Covid, flu, RSV, and strep, in a matter of 30 minutes, the medical assistant and doctor were so friendly and nice. Highly recommend!

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

My first time here. There was some complications with my procedure. An obvious more experienced attendant had to assist so it took more time than expected. Overall, the visit was fine. Shelly
