The PA who saw my son misdiagnosed him and treated him as an otitis media with amoxicillin. He did not have otitis media and the ear pain, infection got worse and worse. We went to our pediatrician today and he has a severe otitis externa/ cellulitis. Please be sure of what you are treating before prescribing because my son has been suffering for days with a terrible infection that wasn't being treated properly because of the poor exam skills of the medical professional he had.

Staff was super helpful and friendly both over the phone and in person.  The doctor was friendly, patient and she made sure I understood how to use the inhaler.

First time visiting this urgent care facility.  Made the appointment online and completed forms easily. Staff is friendly and was taken care almost immediately.

Truly unparalleled service at AFC Urgent Care Yorktown! I sliced my finger open when a pint glass fell during dinner on a Sunday night. I had to catch a plane the next day back to LA from visiting my family over the holidays. If it has not been for Dr. Gupta I would have spent hours in the ER waiting for someone to stitch my finger. Wasn’t feeling well , thought I had a UTI. Made an appointment for 10 am . I was greeted when I came in and they checked that I che led in. Waited about 20 minutes, I was seen and they che led my urine. Just the beginning of it. The dr. sent a prescription to my pharmacy and I was out within the hr. At other places I would have to wait close to an hour and than wait again in the che lip room. Very satisfied with everything.
