I've been to this urgent care twice in the past few years. The customer service and bedside manner is exactly the same both times and how it should be for all healthcare settings. Vybe Urgent Care really seems to care about the people in our community and are making a difference in their patients' lives. Kavita Patel NP seems very competent. She listened with care about my symptoms, explained the causes and suggested medication that she helped my find at the pharmacy. I was pleased with the experience.

This is my favorite place to get care. The staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. The office is immaculately clean. The doctor’s bedside manner is outstanding. He is patient, thorough and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.
