I tried unsuccessfully to make an appointment online.  Staff did not have it in their system when I arrived.  However, they got me in in a timely manner.

I needed to get a Covid Antigen test to return to work. Alexis & Norma were caring and quick. I will definitely come back in the future for other testing.

We have been going to little spurs since we moved to Texas, which was 5 years ago. This last time we were there, it was disgusting inside. The cleanliness was terrible. A place like an urgent you would think that they have a cleaning staff that comes every night to clean the waiting room and the rooms. The walls had not been clean in who knows how long and the floors were gross as well. We will not be going back to little spurs! I hope the upper staff does read this and address these issues

The schedule was easy to made. The check in was quickly and give the care necessary for my daughter

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

Absolutely love this place. The girls are so nice and the Drs. actually listen you and run what ever tests needed to help your baby's get better. Will always recommend this place. They go above and beyond to help their patients. Thank you!

Every time I visited little spurs the staff was great the cleanliness of the facility was awesome & wait in great keep up the good work.

Went in for earache and not much wait times staff were friendly quick in and out checkup and everything went well

The receptionist was awesome. Helping me with the check in. She was very helpful with a great attitude

Excelente atención médica. El personal muy amable la doctora Herrin, Lisa muy buena la recomiendo se preocupa por sus pacientes. Amable y pasiente. El lugar muy limpio y la espera no es más de 30 min.  Lo único es q tardan un poco en poner la receta en la farmacia pero uno puede mejor pedirla y llevarla uno mismo.  En cuanto a todo lo demás lo recomiendo 100%

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
