I have always had a very positive experience in my many visits there.The staff was friendly and effecient.The medical team was caring and had much empathy and knowledge.I was given a bottle of water and offered another.I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars.

Friendly, efficient, and caring staff! I was in an accident and I was able to check in and be seen promptly instead of waiting hours like I would have in the ED. The nurse and doctor were very down to earth and thorough in their assessments. It was a quick and efficient processes. I am very fortunate for this urgent care.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

If you need to be seen in a timely yet effective manner, this is the location to go. The staff is very helpful, friendly and informative. They make you feel comfortable and they take their time to listen to your concerns. The process was quick and easy. Thank you to everyone at this location from the receptionist to the NP.
