Watertown urgent care - today a Young guy met me outside and asked me questions about symptoms for patient safety. Girl with glasses was cleaning the waiting room chairs and wiping down surfaces ! Nurse was knowledgeable and swift. Doctor was a very nice woman who made sure all my questions were answered. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend !!

I like this place, it's not the first time to get excellent services in this place all the time I come me i get excellent services and i always find different staff. It's a good place to record others.

Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.

I attempted to book an appt online but wasn’t able to do so.  Seemed the website wasn’t working properly.  I waited for less than 20 minutes to be seen at the office.  All staff was professional and friendly.

Knowing this place is open everyday is comforting again the staff is totally on point as to listen & even provided paperwork of the visit detailing amazing! P.A. Sam was the best today for my sons care!

Staff were extremely helpful and transparent about cost since I was self pay with no insurance. Staff went above and beyond to answer questions before I was even seen and the front office staff were so nice and caring. The doctor was kind and efficient. First time going to this location and will definitely go again when needed
