Very easy. Felt sick scheduled online and within an hour I was inside and being attended.  Front desk ladies were very kind.

Short wait time, friendly staff. My daughter will only get a covid test here because they 'dont poke her brain' as she puts it.

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

The wait was very short , the staff was professional very helpful.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

Scheduling online is very easy and convenient. Got an early morning appointment with no problem.

Everyone very nice.  Office is very clean. Checking in was fast and easy.  NP explained everything to me was very caring.  Asked if I had any questions. Nice to have a convenient Urgent Care so near my home.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

I love this locations, from the ladies in the office to the providers. They are what urgent means and the level of care is top tier
