She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

The staff throughout the facility were very caring and professional, and the environment was clean and welcoming. I will definitely make this my go-to medical facility from now on.
