I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Half way through my appointment, the fire alarm went off. We all had to be evacuated. I had been putting my appointment off for the issue for a year. I finally scheduled it, and boom... you gotta go (lol). It wasn't their fault though. Other than that, I was very pleased with everything.

My son had a hacking cough for a day he then woke up again wot the same cough but worse and I decided to take him. I walked into this clinic and he was seen immediately !!! Service was great  staff was great office was very clean . My son received his prescription amd we were done !

I didn’t have to wait long, after I filled out the forms I was called in right away,every one was so patient with me, the Dr. sent my prescription to the pharmacy and they helped me a lot. Now I can bend my knee, which I couldn’t do before. Thanks

Check-in was fast and simple. Staff was amazing with my 5 year old!

I recommend Live Urgent Care for most of my care. The staff is attentive and courteous. Wait times are typically short.

I woke up in the morning with an UTI flare  and suffered a lot. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. On my arrival was seen almost immediately.  Just talking to my providers made me calm and feel better. I had all my questions answered and had my meds in 30 min. Thank you
