Everything was awesome and the entire staff were amazing.

Scheduling online is easy.  The wait time was long but everything else including the dr was good.

Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time.  2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55.  Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed.  Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient.  Care and bedside manner were top notch.

Everytime I have to go in or bring my kids in, anything from xrays to basic flu, this team is on it! Friendly. Supportive. Listens. Helpful. Always compassionate!

Staff and nurses were really nice. When it came time for the doctor to come in he seemed nice and had good intentions but his bedside manner wasn't very great. I was in immense pain, and had to drive myself due to it being a weekday. Was under a lot of stress and after doing a quick evaluation he spent quite a while on his computer in silence. Just to lean over a bit later and tell me I needed to go to the ER. He did his job, and didn't do anything outright bad, just felt a bit disconnected from the patient unlike other doctors I had been seen by during previous occasions at the same place.

I was 30 mins behind of my appt. and thought I will be accommodated after 1.5 hrs. They called me 15mins after I checked in. All of the staffs and doctor s are friendly and courteous.

Ava and Danielle are amazing and very attentive!  Highly recommend them and this clinic. Had zero wait time and process was very easy.

It was so nice to be able to schedule an appointment and not have to sit and wait to be seen when not feeling well. All the staff were empathetic to my concerns and provided the care that I needed.

The side of my right foot has been giving me trouble and I have an appointment with a podiatrist but needed to see someone sooner so came to your clinic and made an appointment and came the next day and was waited on very promptly and efficiently had x-rays and out in a reasonable amount of time ! Everyone is friendly and nice. In fact, I was offered water twice!!! I felt that Michael Taylor the NP really knew his stuff! I would recommend your clinic to other people

Unbelievable care and kindness shown by everyone at the Ruston Indigo! I called and was told I would have to make an appointment for the next day, filled out all the information on line, very user friendly! I received a call that evening and was told they had room for me. Ten minutes later I was being seen. X-rays and care was a breeze and I was home in 2 hours! A well oiled machine. Thank you Multicare for staffing and providing such a wonderful facility. Kudos to all 🙏

This is on a Saturday, I had very badly infected thumb with great pain I had been awake most of the night and was exhausted when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly and professional medical staff. There was a wait time,but I was told that I could go home and they would text me when it time for my appointment and I could return. I was able to go home and rest. I was texted a about 2hrs later, when I arrived back again I was seeing the Doctor after a less than 10min wait . He was calm and professional and friendly, he was able to diagnosis my problem with my thumb and set a course of treatment. This was a positive experience, the fact that I was able to go home and return making the wait time seem considerably less was a bonus. Great staff Great experience.

Scheduling on Sunday for a Monday morning appointment was convenient & easy. Upon arrival, check-in was a breeze as they already had me in their system; wait-time was minimal & all staff were professional & friendly. The Doctor was thorough & clearly explained my condition; prescriptions were sent to my preferred pharmacy immediately & available the same day. Definitely recommend MultiCare Indigo in Uptown Gig Harbor.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I’m satisfied with my visit. It was easy to schedule, check in was convenient, staff was very nice and helpful and the care was very good and helpful!  Very encouraging as well, which aides in your belief from your diagnosis to how you proceed in your aftercare!  👍🏾🙏🏿
