I had not been prescribed the antibiotics I needed in two visits to Summit and, as a result, was suffering through day six, repeat six! of a horrible upper respiratory tract infection that had me bedridden and getting worse. You gave me a rx for amox and now 24 hrs later I am vastly improved up and about. Thank you! It is not a coincidence- it is not that a virus ran its course - I was getting worse not better until you've me the rx.

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.

Made an appt for flu systems with Liz was able to help me and I am on the road to recovery. Easy to setup an appt with app and was in and out within 25 minutes.

My wait time was short and the staff is great/ amazing hospitality. The provider was amazing and helped me with my issue for that visit; I would recommend to everyone. I don’t live too close to this location but I will definitely be coming back because of how I was welcomed and treated.

Woke up with a sore throat, walked in to AFC in the afternoon and had to fill out information on the phone once there to get to see the doctor. Luckily there was one appointment on front, waited 10 minutes and got to see the assistant to take Covid and Strep test then doctor came in to do the check up. End up with a Strep, in-n-out in 30 minutes. Suggest to make an appointment online ahead of time which I didn't.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

We did not get proper testing. Later on tested ourselves to find he has the flu. Called this am and this afternoon to see if they wanted to prescribe tamiflu and have not yet received a call back.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Doctor Bailey and the entire staff were professional and courtesy. I felt comfortable and safe

Dr.Marchetti was a good listener and thorough in evaluation. His prescribed treatment fixed my ailment in short order. The waiting room music is a little too loud and not for universal tastes.

Before I went to the clinic, I hesitated and had no confidence.  After the visit I am satisfied and happy to use this care center again when I need.

The check in with the computer and then the phone is horrible. My phone would keep starting over. I was the only person there but I had to ask for a paper to check myself in. By the time I was giving the paper three people were coming in and done checking in which pushed me back on being seen

it was smooth and good, when i went in they attended to me one time and gave me what i needed and i feel better already
