Just walked in for drug test for employment.  Check in was easy, professional staff. Waiting room was empty but still seemed like a longer then normal wait for drug test, was actually able to step out into parking lot and lend a hand to 2 women in need of jump starting their car and then back inside without missing a thing. It’s not like your regular doctors office they are urgent care Some staff members are friendly, some are not. This is a field in which you must have compassion or get another job! I do believe some doctors lack medical training and are not sure or misdiagnose your condition Always revisit your PCP

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️
