I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

I love this locations, from the ladies in the office to the providers. They are what urgent means and the level of care is top tier

When I was unable to sleep due to coughing, scheduling an appointment for first thing this morning was easy! Short wait time and friendly staff, as well as a convenient and clean office make it easy to recommend!

This was my first visit to this facility, and it came after a fall that injured my ankle, head, neck, and shoulder. The team here immediately took X-rays and ensured everything was thoroughly checked. Last week, I went to another hospital for a separate issue, but it was dismissed. However, at this facility, they quickly identified that something wasn’t right and referred me to a vascular doctor. I’m incredibly grateful that I asked them to take a quick look at that as well. The staff throughout the facility were very caring and professional, and the environment was clean and welcoming. I will definitely make this my go-to medical facility from now on.
