I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Fell down the stairs and was able.to come in and get x-rays and know I had to follow up with orthopedic.

Simple from beginning to end. Online portal easy to schedule. Got I’m just in time. All the nurses and practitioners were lovely and helpful.

What time was long but that’s only because of the holiday season. I will be going back again if I need to, high hopes.

Repeat blood work, it was a wonderful experience. Check in was fast, I got called in the back, less then 10 minutes. The staff of course is always a pleasure to be around.
