The staff was so kind and gentle with my toddler! The wait time was short and scheduling was very easy online.

Nurses and NP were amazing, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. It was so obvious even my children noticed her attitude and ugly demeanor.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

Every time I go to the Urgent Care for kids in Dallas in the Preston it’s the best service. They greet you right away when you come in and provide you with next steps. The wait time is not long.
