Scheduling the appt was easy.  The check-in process is so tedious. Having to go through health histories of grandparents, parents , siblings and children EVERY TIME is just annoying.  Nothing about their histories has changed since the last time I was there; nor does it have anything to do with my sinus infection!  Fix this.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

The woman who ran the front desk today was such a pleasure. She educated me on how to use my insurance correctly and I appreciated that so much! She was so polite and helpful. She was also training a new employee and praising her for how great she was doing. It was so nice to see. It was such a pleasure visiting this location today.

Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

abby at the front desk was great! it was a struggle for me to fill out the form on the phone, i don't know why they ask me about my grandparents, i don't remember much about them. i had understood that a pcp was zero co-pay but i still had to pay 45 dollars. that was ok b/c i got what i needed and everything went smoothly ava was great, she was very friendly and gave me the meds i need. i was very happy with her. i understand now that there may be weekend hours starting next month. that would be great b/c i don't like to take time from my work

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Well only thing my nasal spray that’s was called in needs a prior authorization left two messages waiting so pharmacy can fill it. I just woke up from air or something outside like off today.

The wait time was a little extensive, but it was worth it. Dr. Beatrice was by far the greatest doctor to visit. Her bubbly and magnetic personality was wonderful.

The staff was great and the doctor was very nice and really listened to what I had to say. Deffinelty will continue to go back there when I need to

The doctor was very good.   The nurse was good but a little bit too newsy in my opinion.

Was the best experience. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were so friendly and helpful. They called with results quickly. Absolutely recommend.

Wait time was unreasonable with having an appointment and almost no other patients. Was put into a tiny room which was extremely hot. Having an intense and painful infection with the hot temp in the room was awful and started sweating bad.  Staff was great though but office needs a dr at all appts and more than one dr.  I would only return if there was no other option.

I spent all day friday with my primary care office.no help at all.i walked into your office,got help in a reasonable time frame.doctor listened to me,diagnosed me and off I went to the drug store.i can now take my medicine and see my family for christmas.Big thank you.
