I didn’t use an appointment. I walked in. Receptionists was very pleasant. The medical assistant and Physician Assistant was very friendly and helpful. I broke my right leg in 2 spots. I would like to thank everyone there for their support and kindness.

Wait time checking in was told about 30-45 mins. Turned out to be 90 minutes. . Only 2 patients ahead of me so I don't know what took so long except a procedure before me that was lengthy. I wanted to rule out any underlying virus or infection around my eye. Got good advice not to worry and no treatment necessary. It is resolving itself with time and ibuprofen. There was a lot of staff noise around their desk area near the patients rooms and that was very distractive to my patience. Sat alone in the room almost 30 mins I think. PA seemed very knowledgeable and attentive about my concerns. I'd probably go back if needed urgent care again.
