Woke up with stuffy nose, booked an appointment and was in and out in 30 mins. Everyone was very kind and professional.

1st time here was expecting to be here forever ! We were .in and out in less then 20 min!!! .the apt was for my sick 7 year old so it was amazing !! And it's 8 min from my house ! Takes all insurance which is awsome also!!

Staff were professional and pleasant, the visit did not feel rushed and my questions were answered with patience and in an understandable way.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

From scheduling an appointment to getting treated all proceeded smoothly. The staff were very friendly.
