It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

Terrible care, we scheduled and appointment and had been waiting for more than 2 hs waiting. Staff is good, but we do not recommended and we are not coming back.

Scheduling was easy. I was seen promptly and received excellent care. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor were professional and helpful. I would recommend this provider.

No one wants to get a call about their child needing x-rays due to a fall, but very grateful we were seen very quickly and able to get x-ray results within minutes.

Staff was friendly, attentive, painfully honest (shots to numb my finger for the procedure were painful just like the Dr. said they would be which I appreciated, not tolerating shots very well), and provided a quick solution for my problem.

Son cut his forehead open at the park and we rushed him over to this location.  Check in took a little bit but everyone was friendly, efficient, and delivered first class service.  I would highly recommend this place for urgent care for kid’s needs!

Had a horrible earache all night long. Went in and was seen right away. The doctor was very knowledgeable and put in my prescriptions right away. So very thankful because I am in a lot of pain.

It was easy to make an appointment. However I checked in on the Solv app and did not realize I also had to check in with the desk.  The girl at the desk saw me sitting there for more than 20 minutes and never said anything or acknowledged me. That was frustrating.  The doctor/nurse was very nice.

Went in complaining ivy a severe stomach pain. Dr Adedayo was so so concerned she and the lady at the front desk were so helpful. Dr Adedayo adviced that I call the ambulance if I still feel pain when I get home, even insisted I had a scan done. Finally went to the ER and had a surgery, she and her team kept calling to check up on me, never had any urgent care call to check up on my so I was glad to hear from them. Such an amazing team. Thank you Dr Adedayo and your team. Sure will recommend them

Misdiagnosed by NP. She was very unprofessional and inexperienced and did not listen to my concerns. I had to seek competent care elsewhere to receive a correct diagnosis and treatment.
