This was my first time visiting this clinic and my experience was immeasurable. The level of care I received from the physician (Natalie Mcelhany) was amazing. She was attentive and explained every part of my treatment. I will definitely return to this Urgent Care clinic if a need should arise.

Was able to book an appointment over the phone in under 2 minutes. My provider was a female doctor who I’ve seen in the past but I forgot her name:( She’s fantastic, both my mom and I absolutely LOVE her. Kind, patient, to the point and excellent bedside manners. I’m hoping I don’t get sick again but if I do, I know exactly who to go to!

Went in for a visit yesterday with body aches, sore throat, cough, headache, and congestion. Waited 29 minutes was seen by PA-C John Davies and Stephanie Krejci FNP. They were very attentive and compassionate. The back staff of Alee, Jalyn, and Sean were also very supportive. Front desk Dakota and Brittney always make checking in as easy as possible. I scheduled my appointment online, entered all my information. Got to my appointment right on time was seen very fast. The girl at the front desk needed some coffee but other than that the doctors were great and so was the medical assistant.

I am always impressed by the friendliness and kindness of the medical staff during visits. I’m able to quickly get an appointment and resolve issues so I can get better soon.

Love this location and the doctor my daughter saw was the best!!!! Listened to all of my concerns and gave her what was needed…. 10/10

Been here several times for all kinds of issues. Everything from COVID, eye infections and removing fishing hooks from kids (seriously.. twice). Katrina and staff are always amazing!

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

I needed a prescription, and they were able to get it for me quickly and professionally. However, my pharmacy at Walgreens have not received it yet. How long does this normally take?

My son was showing signs of an eye infection and we were able to make an appointment within a couple hours to go in. The staff was incredibly friendly and took great care of him. Our only issue was that we waited over an hour past our appointment time before seeing anyone. Not sure why they still have appointments showing as available if they are running so far behind in schedule, and they don’t provide a ton of updates or information about how long the wait would be.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
