Very busy location and was unable to secure an appointment on Friday or Saturday due to high volume. The person at the desk who assisted me on Friday was very kind and helpful, looking into locations that might be able to see me that day and informing me that if I come in at opening on Saturday, I can get a walk in spot. The people at the desk who assisted me on Saturday, when I was able to get a walk in appointment, were also kind, helpful, fast, and efficient. The doctor and nurse were also kind and respectful. I feel like they did a great job helping me with an injury and walking me through the L&I worker's comp process, which was new to me. They answered any questions I had.

My son had a big cyst on his back. I scheduled an appointment online and that was a good thing as there was only 2 appointments left. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Great care was given.

Everything was beautiful. Doctor was wonderful. Nurses were great. The best place I have gone to here in state of Washington. I was very amazed how wonderful I got treated.

Staff was professional, friendly. They didn’t rush but each was present, as in focused, on me.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I needed to get in the same day.  The waiting list was approximately 3-4 hours out, so they took my name and sent me home until they had an opening. It wound up being only about 1.5 hours to wait and I was able to do so in the comfort of my home.  Once I arrived, I was in and out in 30 minutes.  Staff was great!

Dr. Heath was fantastic! Very cool guy and knew his stuff. He got me the meds I needed to get me on my way. However, the wait time was rough. It was close to 3 hours before I was actually seen by the doctor. They take appointments too and it seems those take priority over walk ins. Totally understandable but when I literally have pneumonia and feeling very cruddy, then told the wait will be 1 hour so I waited in the car only to have it be close to 3 hours, I had a hard time with that. Overall though, the care was absolutely top notch! Thank you.

It was really fast and they were so helpful. I called ahead nd they were waiting to help.

Came in the evening before Thanksgiving.  The staff was efficient and friendly and I was seen fairly quickly.  The doctor was very thorough in discussing my health issue and with addressing how to proceed   He definitely took the time to make sure I would be diagnosed correctly.  I would definitely recommend this provider

Very helpful friendly staff. Identified my issue quickly once in exam room. 3 emergencies coincided my visit, wondering why the don't go to hospital emergency.

The assistant and/or nurse didn’t seem particularly comfortable working with kids, and the provider came across as overly aggressive and lacking patience with scared, anxious children. My son was resistant to the oral and ear exams, and I felt the provider was too forceful in their approach, focusing on “getting the job done” rather than handling the situation with care. While I understand the need to complete the examination, a bit more patience and understanding would have been greatly appreciated, especially given how ill, tired, and frightened my child already was.

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

Destiny and Jeremiah were attentive and helpful. They listened to my concerns and had me in and out pretty quick. The receptionist was also very kind and friendly.

They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
