I had my annual physical this morning.  It’s not something I look forward to but I have to say Sarah Phillips and her team were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.  I left the clinic feeling that they had delivered an excellent heathcare experience.

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

Woke up this after dealing with cold and being tired. I was concerned with the lack of energy. Now, visiting clinic as a walk in and being checked out. The staff at this location could not have been more helpful or friendly.  From the check-in, to the Medical Assistant Naya (sp?), to the Nurse Practitioner Katherine I saw.  Once I was in my room, they were efficient, knowledgeable.  I left knowing exactly what my plan of care was.  Highly recommend.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. This is my second time using the Gig Harbor office, both times I was greeted with a friendly staff and prompt and knowledgeable care by Dr. Khan. I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.
