Immediately greeted by such friendly and caring check-in staff. I have no insurance so they were able to help negotiate a price that worked for me. The nurse and doctor who saw me were so friendly and understanding of my fears and situation. They listened to everything I told them and offered me many solutions to my problems, even still understanding my lack of insurance and showing me where to find the cheapest options for prescriptions. All the staff made me feel cared for, as if they were friends of mine I’ve known for a long time. I was in and out in about an hour and am looking forward to my second visit. The actual wait time and front desk was fine and simple, but in the room the doctor was laughing/giggling that she could not find a vein in my arm and we had to keep trying. Not everyone goes to doctors or is comfortable with the process so just having a little more professionalism would have been better. I was also told a doctor would call ME to read my results but no one did so I called because I got them in my email and they told me I would need to pay again/schedule and appointment to discuss the results. So basically if you can't decode your results by numbers and lines in an email and decipher the issue via Google from there you basically paid for nothing.

Left school early as I wasn't feeling well. The clinic was welcoming and check in was easy. I didn't wait long to be seen. The entire staff was professional and friendly.
