I had fallen Saturday morning after being able to collect myself. There were no broken bones but severe pain around my knee and my upper thigh high wasted most of the day into the night and I came in on Sunday morning still a little swollen. I should say a lot, so I want to check in and scheduling was pretty easy to staff is awesome and the care that the doctor had given me was wonderful I was in and out in probably 15 minutes or so. The doctor was fine and efficient. The issue was the check in process that took 20 minutes. First, the receptionist took my license an insurance card and copied them. Then, I had to do an online check in on my phone that took 15 minutes to complete. This included taking pictures of my license and insurance card, which she had already done, and then filling out numerous repetitive questions. After completing the online registration, we sat and waited nearly another ten minutes. We were the only patients in the entire office. I asked herwhat the delay was, and she said she had to finish the registration.....So a half an hour for check in. Filling out a paper form would have taken less than five minutes. I probably won't return to this Urgent Care because of that. I just went to another one in town a few weeks ago, and the check in took less than five minutes.
