I spent the Thanksgiving holiday coughing my way through dinner and promised my daughter I would get care right afterwards. AFC Urgent Care is easier and quicker than seeing my PCP.  I was early and expected to wait, but they took me right in. The medical assistant took my vitals and the physician came in soon afterwards. She was very friendly and thorough, and answered my questions about possible drug interactions. I was out and in my car about ten minutes after my scheduled  appointment time.

Stephanie was kind, caring, and professional. I trusted her advice and her assessment of the situation and what is going on. The person that took the culture was also very kind and professional, and had a very steady hand. I would absolutely.return here for other media l issues that come up.

Fast/ efficient/ clean establishment and great care and customer service from the team of ladies.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
