Couldn't make it into work the past couple days. I new l had SOMETHING! Thanks to Dr. Fahnrich and his friendly staff, l was in and outta the office in about an hour! Mind you, l had at least 10 patients ahead of me and when l went to pick up my prescription at Danny's Pharmacy, it was already there, waiting for me! Thanks again AFC!

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Each and every staff person was very friendly and professional. It was a positive experience

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Staff was accommodating and courteous  Dr Unger was very knowledgeable, had caring bedside manners and was wonderful.

Went in to get an opinion on my high blood pressure, they recommended bloodworm which they did same visit, was in and out in an hour, staff and doctors were all very nice/personable and professional, wait time was no more than 10 minutes, deffinatly recommended

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. It was easy to make an appointment and the staff was professional and efficient. The treatment was thorough and we left with proper prescriptions. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with this Urgent Care.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
