I’ve had a fever for a few days and was struggling with dehydration. I was able to schedule the same day and waited for all of three minutes. From check in to each staff member to the NP everyone was wonderful. They ran tests and did their due diligence to discover what could be going on with me. Once I ran my tests, I went over and got an IV to assist with the dehydration. I left feeling much better and with peace of mind. I would recommend Neu Med urgent care and IV.

I love using this place. They get me in and out quickly and the staff are very friendly. The doctors are very knowledgeable. I greatly trust their expertise.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

Staff were truly amazing and super helpful and eager to help in any way possible.  Cool check in progress with the phone app option with staff very nice and helpful.. Took great care of me..  I’ll be honest. I drove around for over an hour went to 4 other places and called a couple more as I did not have insurance so was trying to save a few $ even though they had great reviews and were right around the corner from my house.   Well after 6 places still came back and am super thankful I did as even though my issue isn’t life threatening or anything still painful, who’d have known ribs were so painful…   Would for sure recommend and would go back. I visited because I’m allergic to poison ivy, so I had rash all around both eye, every thing when well, my only issue was that the doctor had roll me that my medicine was going to be ready in no more than 1hr this was at 10:00am, I went to the pharmacy to pick up at 6:00pm and was told that my prescription was barely submitted 30 min ago.

Love this location and the doctor my daughter saw was the best!!!! Listened to all of my concerns and gave her what was needed…. 10/10

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
