The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Veronica is awesome and gave such good care! She is very knowledgeable and shares her knowledge to help you. I recommend Veronica Riojas as a provider for sure.

Son cut his forehead open at the park and we rushed him over to this location.  Check in took a little bit but everyone was friendly, efficient, and delivered first class service.  I would highly recommend this place for urgent care for kid’s needs!

No one wants to get a call about their child needing x-rays due to a fall, but very grateful we were seen very quickly and able to get x-ray results within minutes.

It was easy to make an appointment. However I checked in on the Solv app and did not realize I also had to check in with the desk.  The girl at the desk saw me sitting there for more than 20 minutes and never said anything or acknowledged me. That was frustrating.  The doctor/nurse was very nice.

Went in complaining ivy a severe stomach pain. Dr Adedayo was so so concerned she and the lady at the front desk were so helpful. Dr Adedayo adviced that I call the ambulance if I still feel pain when I get home, even insisted I had a scan done. Finally went to the ER and had a surgery, she and her team kept calling to check up on me, never had any urgent care call to check up on my so I was glad to hear from them. Such an amazing team. Thank you Dr Adedayo and your team. Sure will recommend them

Staff was friendly, attentive, painfully honest (shots to numb my finger for the procedure were painful just like the Dr. said they would be which I appreciated, not tolerating shots very well), and provided a quick solution for my problem.

First time. Great area. My appointment is on Tuesday.

Was sent home from school with 101.4 temperature the day before.   Temperature kept rising and it hurt to breathe, laugh or cough.   Since I’m asthmati, I knew it was either bronchitis or pleurisy which I get every winter.   A coworker raved about this place so I dropped in!   Not disappointed!

Busy morning for sick children, but they got seen promptly.

The staff is professional and very caring. Excellent treatment and always ordering the best medication to this retired RN.  I do recommend this provider to everyone.  Thank so much
