Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

What time was long but that’s only because of the holiday season. I will be going back again if I need to, high hopes.

Repeat blood work, it was a wonderful experience. Check in was fast, I got called in the back, less then 10 minutes. The staff of course is always a pleasure to be around.

That was my first visit with my daughter and so far, so satisfying.

Everyone that worked there was great. No complaints. The wait time was longer than expected. Perhaps it was because I was so sick but it seemed long.  I did follow up today to inquire about getting an inhaler that my primary recommended but could not get on line to prescribe it for me while in her vacation. I left a specific message with the front desk today and never heard back.  That was quite disappointing

Check-in was fast and simple. Staff was amazing with my 5 year old!
