Very quick and everyone was polite and very caring

Went suspecting I had a mild concussion. Luckily, after an examination, that did not seem to be the case, but the Doctor gave me advice on what symptoms to look out for, who to follow up with (spoiler: a neurologist), and where to find further online resource groups. As a nice bonus, their waiting room staff was just as friendly as always. Docs Stamford has been my go-to for general medical issues for quite a while, and they've yet to disappoint!

Have weekly appts with Dr. Marshall for an ongoing condition. Scheduling easy, check in great. Dr. Marshall has great bedside manner & is working hard to resolve my condition. Highly recommend him.

Scheduling the appt was easy.  The check-in process is so tedious. Having to go through health histories of grandparents, parents , siblings and children EVERY TIME is just annoying.  Nothing about their histories has changed since the last time I was there; nor does it have anything to do with my sinus infection!  Fix this.

I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

Came in thinking I had strep throat. I have covid. No meds given or input as to current guidelines for quarantining, etc.--but I must admit I forgot to ask until I got home. Perhaps a hangout/some paperwork would have been nice

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
