The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Scheduling was pretty easy however the staff wasn’t welcoming. They talked to you like you were bothering them. So if you’re looking for a that you won’t find it here. Not even a smile in sight. The doctor was short and downplayed things. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Have been here a few times for my kids and myself, have found the team to be timely and efficient, consistently. Also friendly and pleasant. Would recommend!

Fast and Friendly Service…

I was able to walk out of there with the meds I needed on a Saturday. This was 6:30 pm and most pharmacies closed. It gave me a jump on my infection vs waiting too Sunday.

Very professional and punctual. All staff was helpful and understanding. They actually called the next day to check in my son, which really meant a lot. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.

This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

Every thing was so so simple.. I got Online. Picked my time to come in. Showed up. Got in within arrival a few minutes later. They for a Saturday on a holiday (Thanksgiving) weekend were not busy at all. I came in at 3:41 pm was out by 4:00ish diagnosed and with prescription in hand. Yes , no having to then leave and use another place for pharmacy. Dr. Kayla was fantastic. Listening to everything I had to say. I would highly recommend her or any of the other providers at this location. Then Ann in the pharmacy was just as kind and took care of us promptly too. So I would recommend stopping in here anytime you have a matter that needs attention during the hours they're open and you can't get in to your own dr. Thanks everyone I see you again next time. Keep up the amazing job over there at Get Well Urgent in Madison Heights.

Received a follow up call and was given other medications and now on the mend! We’ve been coming here for a few years now.

His was a very professional place. From the waiting room to the staff & the doctor it was all very nice. Would definitely recommend to all. No long wait either

Staff was friendly and the doctor was very helpful.

Took a spill and feared a broken bone in my hand. South Huron Urgent Care took great care of me. Waited about five minutes to be seen. Dr Cindy is great!! X-rayed, splinted and I'm ready to go, with follow up instructions that she went over with me.  She showed me the x-ray, and explained what was going on. They took time and care with me. Office staff is friendly and personable too. Highly recommend!!

Love this place ! Only place I will take my family when they need medical care ! Dr Soni And his staff are amazing and they are great at what they do ! Thank god for this place ! And all the staff !!

They were super friendly. We had to go in for a blood draw and was very pleased with them. My niece has high anxiety and felt comfortable there as well.
